"Nice design, just a few small things"
So... overall, I really like the clean design and it loads without any issues. There are a couple of tiny things that could be improved, but nothing major.

"Ordering was fine... just a little slow"
The website was easy to get around, so that part was fine... but checkout did feel a bit slower than I expected. I got my order placed in the end though, so overall it was okay.

"Finally showed up, I guess"
I waited almost three weeks for it to arrive, which felt ridiculous. To be fair, it did eventually show up, so I guess that’s something.

"Looks good, but wow was I annoyed putting it together"
Once it was finally set up, I have to admit it looked nice. But getting there definitely tested my patience. A few pieces didn’t line up as smoothly as I expected, and the instructions left me feeling a little confused and irritated at times. What I thought would be a quick project turned into a much longer, mood-killing afternoon. It’s not awful by any means, but it really wasn’t as easy to assemble as I hoped.

"My order showed up on time, so..."
My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but my immediate reaction was that the packaging looked rough. The box had a few dents and one corner was kind of crushed. Thankfully, the item inside was fine, but it didn’t exactly make a great first impression. Not a huge deal, just figured it would’ve been packed a little more carefully.

"Missing pieces and a cracked part"
My order showed up missing a few parts, and one of the pieces was cracked. I hit up support, but I still haven’t gotten a straight answer on how they’re gonna fix it. Super annoying, because I can’t even use the thing properly right now. not happy with this at all.

"Looks fine, but the price feels off"
I mean, it looks okay at first, but halfway through using it I kept thinking, wait, why did this cost so much? It’s not bad exactly, just feels a little overpriced for what you’re actually getting

"Instructions could be clearer"
I tried using byanavrin.com, and the part that tripped me up was the instructions. A few steps felt a little vague, so I ended up pausing and guessing what to click next, which got frustrating after a while.
The site looks fine overall, and I do not mind taking a minute to read directions. I just wish the wording was more direct, especially on the smaller steps where one unclear sentence can slow everything down
